Payment

Payment is accepted via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, please email info@peggynoland.com and a credit card payment will be processed via Square.

Payment for custom orders is expected in full before work begins.

Shipping

Shipments are made via USPS First Class mail within 14 business days of receipt of payment. Many orders are handmade, made-to-order and one of a kind, and may require more time. If this is the case with your order, you will be notified via email. Please see information regarding 'custom orders'


Unless prior arrangements have been made, shipments will be made to the address provided via Paypal. Please make sure these addresses are correct. No refunds will be made for items that do not reach you due to customer error. If the item is a gift for someone else and you want it sent to an address other than your own, please email info@peggynoland.com


International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and must be borne by the recipient. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms, and will be marked as "merchandise" - no exceptions.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

As each item is made to order/custom made. There are no refunds or exchanges. Each item is one of a kind. .

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not happy with an item, please contact info@peggynoland.com as soon as possible.  If your order has not been customized, and a refund has been approved, it will be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are for purchase price only, not including shipping costs. The item MUST be returned in its original package and in sellable condition. A refund will be issued when the item has been received. Return shipping is the buyer's expense. Items that smell strongly (smoke, pet odor, etc.) or are stained and are therefore unsellable, will not be accepted.


If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact me as soon as possible. A refund will be considered only if you e-mail a photo of the damaged item or return the item to me within three business days of the date you first received it. Refunds will be made when the item is received.

 

Refunds for items lost in shipping will be made 30 days from the original ship date (domestically) or 60 days from the original ship date (international). Items for which delivery confirmation shows delivery was completed successfully will not be issued refunds as 'lost'. Items are shipped to address you have listed with Paypal - refunds will not be issued if an item does not reach you because this address is incorrect.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED ITEMS: We are happy to entertain inquiries for custom work. Not all items are customizable. Custom orders may involve an additional cost due to choice of materials. Payment in full is expected before work begins on custom items. Including production time, most custom items ship within 2 weeks (14 business days). If your custom order involves more than one item, more time will be required for production and the shipping date will need to be extended. In such cases, you will receive an email. There are no refunds for custom items.

We have done our best to photograph the work as accurately as possible. Please be aware that colors may appear differently on different computer monitors. Refer to the item descriptions for additional color information, and email info@peggynoland.com before placing your order if you have any questions regarding size, measurements, color or anything else!
